The International Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program at BizCare is specifically designed to attract experienced foreign entrepreneurs with a passion for social impact, sustainability, and expertise in innovation and digital transformation. As an international EIR, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute your diverse experiences, mentorship, and guidance to our portfolio companies (established businesses that are innovating their business models, small-and-growing businesses, and seed-stage startups). Your Responsibilities as an EiR
As an International Entrepreneur-in-Residence at BizCare, your key responsibilities include:

Mentorship and Guidance: Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and expertise to startups and SMEs on international expansion, sustainability practices, innovation, and digital transformation implementation.

Business Development Support: Assist startups in identifying global market opportunities, refining their value proposition, and developing sustainable business models aligned with global trends and impact goals.

Cultural Exchange: Foster cross-cultural exchange by sharing insights, experiences, and perspectives from your home country, facilitating a deeper understanding of international markets and dynamics.

Networking and Partnerships: Leverage your global network to connect startups with potential partners, investors, and industry experts, opening doors to collaboration and growth opportunities.

Selection Criteria
To ensure a diverse and impactful cohort of international entrepreneurs, we seek individuals who possess the following qualifications:

Global Entrepreneurial Experience: A proven track record as a global entrepreneur, having established and scaled ventures in diverse markets (especially Vietnam and ASEAN regions), reflecting your ability to navigate international challenges and drive growth.

Impact and Sustainability Focus: Expertise and experience in integrating social impact, sustainability practices, innovation, and digital transformation practices into business strategies, demonstrating a commitment to driving positive change.

Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities, enabling you to guide and inspire startups on their entrepreneurial journeys.

Cultural Adaptability: A willingness to embrace new cultures, adapt to different business environments, and contribute to cross-cultural understanding within the incubator community.

Time Commitment: Availability to commit to the program for 1-3 months, ensuring sufficient time for meaningful engagement and collaboration.

Application Process
To apply for the International Entrepreneur-in-Residence program, please follow these steps:

Submission: Interested candidates should submit their resume, a brief bio, and a statement of interest highlighting their international entrepreneurial experience, impact focus, and the value they can bring to BizCare and the Vietnamese startup ecosystem (click the "Apply Now" button above).

Interview: Selected candidates will be invited for an interview with the management team to assess their qualifications, alignment with the program's goals, and potential fit with BizCare’s vision, mission, and culture.

MOU Agreement: Successful candidates will sign an MOU outlining their roles, responsibilities, and expectations as EIRs, solidifying their commitment to the program and ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.
