Annually, the government, at all levels, along with various organizations, consistently honors female entrepreneurs to emphasize their indispensable role and contribution to the development of Vietnam's economy. They serve as a lever to drive the development of the ASEAN Economic Community. Female entrepreneurs are also pioneers in actively participating in sustainable business trends, bringing positive values and humanity to both individuals and society as a whole.

Especially in the context of international economic integration and the rise of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it is the female-led enterprises that will take the lead and guide the economy. They courageously embrace technology, trends, and innovations to infuse vitality into businesses. Moreover, female entrepreneurs may gain significant advantages in competition by prioritizing a more humane approach to business and demonstrating a better awareness of fulfilling social responsibilities.

With their unique advantages, female entrepreneurs are also quick to seize opportunities to participate in the global supply chain. With creativity in business, they always aim to be pioneers in establishing a clean production environment, ensuring consumer health, improving the quality of life, and committing to being environmentally friendly. This also creates favorable conditions and advantages for them in the eyes of foreign investors.

However, Vietnamese women still face many barriers in the process of starting up and operating businesses. The role of East Asian women has not yet been truly equal to men, both in the family and in society.

This leads to difficulties for women in business, such as in making decisions to establish a business, mobilizing capital, managing the enterprise, expanding partnerships, exploring the market, and accessing support programs…

Therefore, female entrepreneurs greatly need policies and programs to alleviate difficulties, facilitate connections between enterprises and scientists; ease in applying science, technology, and high-tech in production and business; and easily participate in promotion programs, investment connections, or business cooperation to assert their role in the supply chain and value chain.

Suppose they receive proper recognition and respect for their roles and contributions to the community, as well as encouragement from all levels and sectors. In that case, it will be a significant source of motivation, providing great spiritual value to female entrepreneurs, and making them robust, confident, and successful in business.

In summary, continuing to leverage the leadership role and motivation to encourage women's participation in social activities not only serves as a driving force to reduce gender inequality but also contributes to ensuring fairness and the development of society.
